The challenge
Abhilekh had a clear vision for Scubamail but needed a technical partner who could own the entire build, from product design through to a live, production-ready deployment.
Our approach
- Worked directly with the founder to translate the vision into a clear scope and roadmap.
- Designed the UI/UX and core user flows from scratch.
- Built and tested the product end-to-end as a single senior team.
- Handled deployment and launch so the product went live production-ready.
