Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for engagements with Scaledots Technologies. This is a template, replace it with your reviewed policy before going live.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel an engagement at any time by contacting us in writing. Work already completed and any non-recoverable costs incurred up to the cancellation date remain payable.

Refunds

Fees for services already delivered are non-refundable. Where a project is paid in advance and cancelled before the corresponding work has started, we will refund the unused portion, less any third-party or setup costs already committed on your behalf.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of confirmation.
